Jeevan Minhas is the active owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Resilient Management Corp.

Jeevan is dedicated to fulfilling the company's mission, “We are individuals with Diversified experience in various industries, with a common goal of betterment of individuals and companies.

He is also knowledgeable entrepreneur, business owner and leader. With twenty Years experience helping franchisors/investors to open a new business such as Mr. Lube. Jeevan Minhas also has vast experience in managing Lumber wholesale and manufacturing.

Jeevan holds a bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology/Technician at BCIT and a certificate in Business Analytics at Harvard University.

Petar Katavic, CPA, CA is one of the Managing Partners and Chief Financial Officer of Resilient Management Corp.

Petar brings a decade of accounting and finance experience in both Public and Private companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from BCIT. Through out his career he held a variety of senior financial position in the private and public sector where he helped companies develop appropriate processes and procedures, improve on their reporting and operational decision making, and simplify the analysis of financial information.

Gary Grewal is one of the Managing Partners of Resilient Management Corp.

Starting his career with Mr. Lube in 1999 Gary brings more than 22 years of experience to the company. Alongside Jeevan Minhas he was the driving force behind the creation of one of the largest and most successful franchise groups in Canada. As a regional manager Gary developed lasting relations with staff and management under his command. With his management and leadership skills Gary is crucial in the developing of our own family culture. Undeniably, a performance enhancer, Gary is set to increase operational performance to new heights.

Navdeep Minhas is the head of HR at Resilient Management Corp.

Navdeep has worked in various fields. From being a Flight Coordinator for British Airways to Canada Post to many different management positions in the food and retail industries, she brings vast amount of experience to Resilient Group. She has also been a partner in Minhas Management for the past 15 years and has helped build the Resilient Corp from the ground up alongside Jeevan Minhas.
